The Circa 1799 Barn is located Upstate in Ancramdale, New York. We are encouraging our guests to spend the weekend with us.

Getting There

From New York City

  • By Car: Take the Taconic State Parkway north to exit 80 (Hudson/Ancram). Head south on Route 82 to Ancram. When you reach the flashing yellow light, take a left onto Route 7. Follow Route 7 for 1.8 miles to Simons Road. Turn right and go three-quarters of a mile until you see the red house (with the big barn behind it) on your right.

  • By Train: Take Amtrak from New York Penn Station to Hudson. From there, catch a ride share or take one of our provided shuttles from the host hotels in Hudson. See train schedules and purchase tickets here.

Out-of-Town

  • By Plane: Fly either to Albany International Airport (ALB) or one of the NYC-area airports (JFK, LGA, EWR). From there, you can rent a car and drive to the venue or catch the Amtrak to Hudson.

We will provide shuttles to and from the venue and the host hotels in Hudson. There will be on-site parking available at the Barn.

About The Circa 1799 Barn

A historic 18th century Dutch barn in the Hudson Valley that has been reborn as a one-of-a-kind venue for special occasions, The Circa 1799 Barn has been accurately dubbed “a cathedral in the wilderness.” We are honored to sanctify our union in this storied and treasured place.
